Olin narrates visits with all his friends in his neighborhood. They all have special talents and skills. The book explores how easy it is to find strengths to admire in almost every person. For children age 5 and younger. I hope Random House will publish by the fall of 2016.
Jeff Heaton and some friends began this memorial on a hillside in Lafayette CA at the beginning of the Iraq War in 2002. It's been growing ever since. I'm planning on developing a memorial for this specific site that will satisfy all involved. That's a big order I know, and I'm probably biting off more than I can chew. My hope is that I can pull this off successfully and begin creating other memorials. At least "peace" is a goal we can all agree on.
Siegfried Sassoon War Poems Book
Siegfried Sassoon was a British soldier in World War One. In the first "war to end all wars" he served over four years in the trenches, returning twice after being invalided home with wounds. He wrote these poems to keep himself sane. Spot illustration and typography will be uber important.
Classic Landscape Scans
I found these absolutely beautiful scenic plates at a garage sale. They're lithographs done in that late 40's/early 50's printing style with texture and a type of coloring that isn't done any more. I'm having them scanned by a high-end photographic company, and hope to market them as postcards.
